Count the table
Prices are per guest and set by party size, and 31 of the 92 menus here change price from one guest band to the next. Know your number before you compare.
Pick a chef and a menu
Each profile lists every published menu course by course. Where a course says "choose 1", each guest picks one dish from the list.
Send the request from the chef's page
Use the button on the profile. Give the date, the address, the headcount, the occasion and every allergy, with the name of the guest it belongs to.
Agree the details before you confirm
Changes to the menu, travel outside the city and anything not on the menu are easiest to settle in writing before the date is confirmed.
Where the chefs cook
158 of the 269 bookings since January 2024 were in Calgary itself. Outside the city, Canmore (47), Cochrane (9), Airdrie (8), Banff (6), Chestermere (6), Foothills County (5) and De Winton (5) had the most, and the mountain towns 53 in all. If you are outside the city, agree travel with the chef before you confirm.
